ummer and fall of 2011 and the concrete poured late in the year. When the molds were removed it was discovered that the concrete was flawed and the tower had to be torn down and rebuilt. This video from 3 May 2012 shows some of the demonition underway. Hopefully we will get our bridge built this year and at no additional cost to the City of Ottawa and its taxpayers.
