ecorded directly from a launch-model SNES console.
The Streets of Rage soundtrack is God-tier in chiptune land, so I thought it might be fun to try one if Koshiro's tracks on the SNES with instruments that mimic the sound of the late 80s/early 90s dance music that he was so fond of when he wrote this. It's certainly not an attempt to compete with his original work - even my vanity knows some bounds - it's merely a public offering of my personal reinterpretation of the track, and on the competitor's hardware. Because why not? I wanted an excuse to abuse some lately bass, and this track provided ample opportunity.
