After taking the country by storm with "Sheila Ki Jawani", Katrina's latest item track "Chikni Chameli" is already creating records of sorts! The song from "Angeepath" which is a remake of the 1990 cult "Agneepath", figures in the original film.
The remake-song that was shot over 10-days is already become a rage as viewers can't have enough of Katrina's gyrating moves and sensual expressions. Choreographed by celeb choreographer Ganesh Acharya, the song features Kaif dressed in the traditional garb of a fisherwoman, gyrating to the high-tempo song. Sung by Shreya Ghoshal and composed by national awardee-duo Ajay and Atul, the song is the Hindi version of their own Marathi hit "Kombadi Palali". A 30-second promo of the song was first launched by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, followed by a two minutes thirteen seconds-long video on YouTube. The latter has already garnered 3.8 million hits on YouTube within a week of its release.
