Some of the white belts training at Adrenaline MMA received their blue belts today from Rowan Cunningham, Among them was Nick Barden, a 53 year old man that that started training at adrenaline only a few years ago and has become one of my favourite grappling partners and a great friend... Congratulations Nick!! Well deserved.
