I’m a RUGRAT!!! So excited to share with you that I play Kimi Watanabe in the new @rugrats series on @paramountplus ! A personal story, this role is particularly special to me. I grew up without cable TV until I was in the 5th grade. My parents were students with no time for TV, living on humble means. My best friend at the time Michelle, had cable and that was how I was first introduced to @nickelodeon Whenever I went to her house, I got to watch my 2 favorite cartoons - Rugrats and Doug. I remember seeing Kimi at the time and being thrilled to see the “me” version in the iconic baby crew. To be able to voice the new Kimi and be inducted into @nickelodeon history on one of my favorite cartoons is an absolute honor. The new Kimi is very much like who I actually am in real life. 😆 I imagine I was like her when I was 3.5 years old. I can’t believe I’m a Rugrat! What a full-circle moment.
