Playing with the club for a year, Kahsai comes from Hyattsville, MD where he played for Northwestern High School. He was named to the All-County First Team in 2021 and captained Wildcats to county and regional champions, taking the team to State Semifinals for the first time since 1995. ⠀

He also played for @dcunitedacademy from 2013-2014 before starting at Washington Adventist University (@thisiswau/@waushock) in 2014. His Freshman year, Kahsai earned Association of Independent Institutions’ Second Team honors for WAU in 2014. He led the Shock with 14 goals and placed tenth overall in the USCAA. He led WAU to the USCAA National Quarterfinals, their best season since 1995. In the Sweet 16, he scored a hat-trick, including the game-winner in overtime in 3-2 victory over Cleary University to help Shock reach the round-of-eight.⠀
⠀
In 2015, Kahsai transferred to UMBC (@UMBC/@umbcmenssoccer), joining many players in our club who have played for the local program. At UMBC, Kahsai amassed 47 games played (39 starts), eight goals, and two assists. His last two years at UMBC (2016 and 2017), Kahsai started every game he was eligible to. He was named America East Conference Co-Player of the Week (2017), America East Conference All-Conference First Team (2017), and was the #1 Ranked Midfielder in the America East Conference (2017).⠀
⠀
After college, Kahsai signed with @riverhoundssc in the USL in March of 2019. He was a part of the team that were season Eastern Conference Champions, appeared in 13 league games, and scored 1 goal. He had 3 Open Cup appearances, including against the Columbus Crew in the 3rd Round. ⠀
