To my fans and supporters, after a lot of thinking and self reflection I have decided to step away from competitive skating. ファン皆さんに、この度、私ショーンラビットは現役選手生活にピリオドをうつ決断を致しました。(日本語下) This decision of course is not easy, but something I have thought about for some time, and now feels right. But don’t worry, while I will be pursuing coaching & choreography full time, I still plan to skate guest performances and various skating shows & events and continue to share my passion to perform with spectators! 10 US Nationals (9 Senior) with 4 top 10 finishes (8th 2x & 9th 2x) the honor of competing internationally representing Team USA and standing on an international podium along side Olympic Champion Yuzuru Hanyu. Receiving many standing ovations from thousands of spectators. I accomplished more than I ever dreamed of. Thank you Mom and Dad and my family they sacrifice so much for me to achieve everything, to my amazing coach Tammy Gambill who has been by my side the last 8.5 years and believed in my dream and helped me to achieve beyond what I thought I could. Thank you to past coaches: Wendy Burge, Mingzhu Li every coach involved in my training. My home club Glacier Falls FSC they have had a huge role in my skating and without their support I could have never made it this far. Thank you @usfigureskating for giving me opportunities to learn and shine, thank you @johnwilsonblades and @iskateriedell. My fans, YOU are the reason I skate, the reason I still love what I do! I might not be competing any longer, but I’ll be skating for you all every opportunity I can! ❤️ この決断は簡単なものではありませんでしたが、これまでずっと考えていたことで、今日という日に公表するのが相応しいと思いました。選手引退を決意しましたが、私はスケート界から姿を消すわけではありません！これまで通りコーチを継続し、スケートの楽しさを伝えていきます。また、イベント等のパフォーマンスを通じて、まだまだスケートに対する情熱を皆さんと共有できたらと思います。私の今後の目標はもっと日本で活動していくことです！パフォーマンスショーをしたり、モデルや俳優、バラエティ番組など多岐にわたって活躍していきたいです！ これまで10度の全米フィギュアスケート大会出場を経験し、うち4度のトップ10入り(8位×2、9位×2)を果たしました。 アメリカ代表チームの一員として、国際大会出場を経験し、羽生結弦選手と共に表彰台に上がりました。 数多くの人々を会場に集めて、スタンディングオベーションで注目を集めました。 これまで世界中を飛び回り、たくさんのショーをこなしてきましたが、私が想像した以上のものを成し遂げてきたんだと実感しています。世界
