Miss Universe Iceland 2020 JUDGES ANNOUNCEMENT Hildur Maria Leifsdottir, Miss Universe Iceland 2016, is a former flight attendant and a makeup artist. She competed at Miss Universe 2016 in the Philippines and shortly after she moved to the Cayman Islands for a year and a half. In 2018, she was the first Icelandic woman to compete in Miss Multiverse where she placed first runner up. She then moved back to Iceland to study both sport science and to become a fitness coach, and play handball, a sport she has played for 15 years. Shortly after starting handball again she had a bad injury tearing her ACL for the second time and has been focusing on getting back to good health and strength so she can focus on handball and the active part of her studies.
