Since my surgery last year I have been off the ice for a total of 9 months total. 7 for surgical recovery and 2 due to covid-19. It has been challenging to say the least but with rigorous off ice training and belief we skated our first session since the beginning of the covid break today! We will all get back to the sport we love if we follow guidelines and regulations to stay safe and well 🇺🇸 This is a sneak peak of our short program choreography from March.
