I must admit- I never thought I’d have a wedding (hence the decision to elope last year!) But when our families expressed they wished they’d been there with us, we decided to do it over again. This time in a small & intimate backyard setting that we couldn’t have gotten together without the help of our families! I think that’s what made this event so special- everyone came together with willing hands and blew me away with such selfless generosity. Things got a littttle stressful when @floreriaorquideamx failed to deliver over 50 dahlias, scabiosas, etc w/ no refund 😭😭😭 (def do NOT recommend doing business w/ them if you’re in the Hermosillo, MX area! 🙅🏽♀️) I was luckily able to work w/ what we could get from @floresdechiltepec after @alepanii & @ferrpaniagua stepped in to save the day! (You ladies are the best!) Not to mention our incredible officiant @mgpqwe who delivered the most heart warming ceremony, added so many thoughtful details & pretty much organized the entire thing. Abuela who shared her bday celebrations w/ us. Tios Tono y Yuri who took care of so much. Tíos Manolo y Lupita for letting us borrow their backyard from them & their four legged babies 🐶. Tio Cesar & @rafapaniaguab who built us a beautiful arbor & helped out every step of the way. @nadineorsomething, dad, @kenndalparis & mom who assisted in getting the whole thing on its feet after already traveling so far. @bettycrruz who made me feel like a beautiful bride by doing my makeup despite her first trimester pains 🤢 & @tono_gdlp who helped us decorate & successfully get the ring 🐻 down the aisle 👌🏽 @manuelpaniagua93 who stepped in as a groomsman & handled the flower fiasco like a true gentleman. Mama Lety who gave us such a gorgeous table display & @sandrapany who found us the most perfect silver buckets & came up w/ the brilliant idea of poaching Abuela’s plants for our backdrop. 😉 @juanoetchevers for traveling so far to be there at 2 out of 3 weddings! The list could go on & on to all of the amazingly wonderful ppl who showed up
