It's been amazing having my sister @georgettehaig in Vancouver and working on her strength and overall fitness. She started two weeks ago from next to no training and she had a baby 5 months ago so her core in particular was very weak as to be expected. It's amazing how far she's come in just two weeks. It also says a lot about her mindset. Awesome to see her determination in person. It's a quiet confident competitiveness (sometimes not so quiet haha) She loves to push herself. Very inspiring George! It's also amazing what you can get done in a park with just a trx and a yoga mat! I've had this trx with me for about 5 years. It's been around the world.
