Hope everybody enjoyed my debut cooking episode on "Hey Chef 2" (大厨帮帮忙) on Channel 8 last night! 😅 Tried to cook paella but ended up chao tah and way too salty! Am super honoured to have met Singapore'a youngest executive chef, Mr Vincent Aw from Orchard Hotel, to show me the ropes of cooking this classic Spanish dish. This guy is the real deal cos' he was actually trained in Spain for a period of time! 😲 Shall leave you peeps to watch this hilarious Episode 9 on Toggle!
