It's been some 2 weeks since my last post so thought I should do a #throwback about an event then. Back in 2006-7, I took office as the President of the United Kingdom Singapore Law Students Society (UKSLSS) during my final year in the UK. I was 27 years old. Then, my team and I started this initiative to bridge Singaporean students reading law in the UK, and the legal fraternity in SG. Some 10 years later, I'm heartened to be invited back as a speaker to share with aspiring lawyers about finding passion in the practice of law. It's nice to see this event growing stronger than ever! A shout out to the UKSLSS Exco for a job well-done, and apologies for not wearing my suit cos' my passion has since taken an additional form! Lol! Have a great week ahead peeps! ❤️
