Here’s our very first(and only) test on #drop to figure out our final look. We had a lot riding on this test; rig testing, Meander painting, Vis Dev projection, painterly look, final lighting and our pipeline process😬. Luckily, I was surrounded with amazing talent and people a lot smarter than me to help figure everything out. There was a HUGE sigh of relief when this all came together...IT WILL WORK!!!😆 This test served many technical and artistic purposes, but something I learnt as a director was that a test is a great way to get the crew excited and give us confidence moving forward. This test helped to bring our whole team together, started amazing collaborations and exposed the hidden talents of many individuals working as a team to create something they are passionate about.
