It’s official! Jimmy is an O’Malley! After years of planning, paperwork, searching, heartbreak, joy, home visits and more paperwork... yesterday Jimmy’s adoption was finalized in front of a judge. @geroldschroeder and I are so grateful to our parents, family, friends, Jimmy’s birth parents, our wonderful @vistadelmarorg social worker Chanty, our lawyer David Radis and all the people who have helped us along the way. Jimmy is a dream come true. Our purpose in life is to be his parents so taking an oath in front of a judge to declare to the world that we dedicate our lives to him was a gift. If you are considering adoption, I can’t recommend it enough. Even with all the hard parts, the journey is more than worth it. We love you Jimmy, our beautiful son!!! ❤️
