Vintage synth action in the studio with an EMS VCS3 “The Putney”. A few years ago when I remixed the first Roxy Music album into 5.1 surround sound, I must confess I made myself private mixes that isolated the @brianeno VCS3 channels on the multitrack tapes, such was my fascination with the instrument and Eno’s groundbreaking approach to using it. But today was my first time actually using one in the context of my own music.
