Former U.N. Ambassador and South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley met with voters Thursday in the second of a series of town hall forums presented by USA TODAY, the USA TODAY Network and Seacoastonline in Exeter, New Hampshire. During the forum, Haley called for new leadership, rebuking Donald Trump and Joe Biden. In her opening remarks, she called out Republican earmarks in the CARES Act and tied China to the fentanyl crisis, saying, "don't think for a second China doesn't know what they are doing when they send it [fentanyl] over."
