Strap on your waders and jump in the water; it’s cranberry harvest season! Every autumn, from mid-September to mid-November, cranberries reach their peak of color and flavor and are ready for harvesting. Federal Furnace Cranberry Co. in Carver, Massachusetts, has started its annual harvest.
