For the 20th time in its 134-year history, the Rose Parade did not happen on Jan. 1. The Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association, the organizers of the parade, have kept it a tradition to not hold the parade on Sundays. But on Monday, colorful floats, marching bands and familiar characters made their way down Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, California.
