Horned Frogs advance to the College Football Playoff championship game    No. 3 TCU stunned No. 2 Michigan with a 51-45 win in the Fiesta Bowl to reach the championship game. They'll play the winner of the Peach Bowl between No. 1 Georgia and No. 4 Ohio State.   TCU stormed out to a 21-6 halftime lead and then survived an epic run of scoring in the second half, responding to every one of Michigan's scores with a series of explosive plays against one of the nation's top-ranked defenses.   After Michigan drew with a field goal at 41-38 early in the fourth quarter, the Horned Frogs scored on a 76-yard catch-and-run and then added a field goal on the ensuing possession to become the first team to score 50 points against Michigan since Ohio State in 2019.   Beyond qualifying as an upset, the win is a huge moment for the Big 12, which was on the precipice of disaster with the loss of Oklahoma and Texas to the SEC but now has a team in the championship game for the first time. For Michigan, the loss is a stunning blow after completing one of the most impressive regular season in program history.
