A rooftop gunman wearing women's clothes, who fired a high-powered rifle at a Fourth of July parade Monday morning, killed seven adults and injured an estimated 38 others. The suspect acted alone, preplanned the attack for several weeks and chose his victims at random, Lake County Deputy Chief Christopher Covelli said at a news conference Tuesday.
