In February, reports surfaced that New York's former mayor Rudy Giuliani, once celebrated for his response to the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11 but now a disgraced perpetrator of the false conspiracy theory that the 2020 presidential election was "rigged," would appear on the current season of "The Masked Singer." Giuliani's involvement reportedly led panelists Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke to leave the stage in protest.
