Thousands of people were at a train station in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk on Friday when a rocket strike killed at least 50 people and injured dozens, including children, Ukrainian officials said. Regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said in a Telegram post that 98 people were taken to the hospital, adding that 16 children were injured and three were killed. Photos showed remnants of a rocket with the words “For the children” painted on it in Russian.
