At least six people are dead and 10 wounded following a shooting rampage Sunday in downtown Sacramento, police said. Police initially had reported "multiple victims" after the attack at about 2 a.m. fueled chaos in an area of bars and restaurants near the State Capitol. Police Chief Kathy Lester said officers arriving at the scene found a large crowd gathered on the street and six people dead. No arrests had been made.
