Neither national semifinal game played Friday night was particularly pretty, but we've got a title game set for Sunday when South Carolina meets UConn for the NCAA women’s basketball championship in Minneapolis.
In the early game, behind a dominant performance from national player of the year Aliyah Boston (23 points and 18 rebounds), top-seeded South Carolina rolled to a 72-59 win over Louisville.
In the late tilt, six Huskies players scored eight points, led by hometown hero Paige Bueckers, as Connecticut beat Stanford 63-58, sending the defending national champion packing.
