The rush to save animals from war-torn Ukraine. An animal clinic in Przemysl, Poland, is giving shelter to abandoned animals such as cats, dogs, goats, and even bears. Doctors and volunteers from the ADA Foundation have taken care of dozens of dogs and cats arriving from Ukraine. Once in Poland, the animals are subject to quarantine, as most of them need to be vaccinated, registered and treated for wounds and dehydration. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, the foundation has been able to evacuate more than 300 animals that have been brought to Lviv, Ukraine, from the east part of the country. 📷 @gettyimages
