Julia Marino won Team USA's first medal in the 2022 Beijing Olympics – a silver in women's snowboard slopestyle. Marino, who hails from Westport, Connecticut, used a huge second run to rise atop the leader board with a score of 87.68 before New Zealand's Zoi Sadowski-Synnott scored a 92.88 in her final run to claim gold.
