Burr, it's cold outside. While this snow-covered photo was taken in Germany this week, the U.S. is going to get it's own dose of cold over the next few days. A potent winter storm is forecast to wallop tens of millions of people across the central, southern and eastern USA with snow, ice, wind and rain. "Get ready, a major snowstorm is coming," AccuWeather meteorologist Bernie Rayno warned.
