"One of the major things I noticed [in covering the Texas winter storm] was accessibility … even for me to do my job," USA TODAY Network photographer Ricardo B. Brazziell said. "When [Texas doesn’t] have the infrastructure to de-ice the roads to drive safely, or electricity, your whole ecosystem of accessibility goes out.
