Many of the entertainment industry's most influential, inspiring and empowering women gathered Wednesday for the Hollywood Reporter's annual Women in Entertainment gala. The event returned to its in-person ceremony at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles after going virtual in 2020 due to the pandemic. Special honors went to Jennifer Aniston, who received the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award, and Selma Blair, who received the Equity in Entertainment Award. Other stars in attendance included Halle Bailey, Jennifer Garner, Tessa Thompson, Tia Mowry, and Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones, who delivered the event's keynote speech.
