Little Amal's journey continues.
A giant puppet of a Syrian refugee child created to symbolize millions of displaced children was greeted by well-wishers on Saturday outside of St Paul's Cathedral in the City of London.
The 11.5-foot puppet named Little Amal — a name meaning “hope” in Arabic — has travelled through much of Europe as part of her 5,000-mile journey across the country from the border of Syria.
After setting off from the Turkish-Syrian border in July, the puppet has been greeted by thousands of people along the way, including Pope Francis in Rome.
