The final new episodes of the PBS Kids animated series "Arthur" will air in early 2022, bringing the show to a close after an unprecedented 25-season run. The series, which revolves around the life of an 8-year-old anthropomorphic aardvark named Arthur Read, became known for portraying modern social issues in children's television, such as diabetes awareness and gay marriage.
