USA TODAY asked every company in the S&P 100 to voluntarily disclose its most recent EEO-1 form, the annual reports submitted to the federal government that detail employee counts by race, ethnicity and gender in 10 job categories. The data shows that more than a year after George Floyd’s murder spurred corporate pledges for change, deep racial inequalities persist at every level of these companies, creating sharply disparate outcomes for people of color, especially women of color.
