The Biden administration admits it will not reach its July 4th vaccination goal. ⁠ ⁠ After reaching their initial goal of 100 million shots in Biden's first 100 days in office, the administration managed to hit 200 million shots in their first 100 days.⁠ ⁠ Sixteen states and the District of Columbia have reached the goal already – but some states are at less than 50% of all adults.⁠ ⁠ Dr. Anthony Fauci stressed that the press to get more people vaccinated will continue past hitting the 70% goal.⁠ ⁠ "No one should think that when we reach 70% (of all adults) across the country that we are done," Fauci said.
