For the last 6 months, the youth have been striking from school to demand climate action, on an issue that is set to displace 25 million to 1 billion people by 2050 and warm global temperatures by 4Β°C by the end of the century. πŸ’š But these figures can change. πŸ’š On 20th September, the youth are uniting with workers to form the greatest climate mobilisation in history. For the first time, the youth are inviting adults to join them in striking for the climate. We're calling on adults to join us in any way they can: striking, taking TOIL, booking a holiday, walkout or taking a half day. You are not only welcome, but you are needed. In order to pressurise government action on climate change, we must have as many people as possible. Please share this with all your contacts by using this link: bit.ly/shareUKSCN πŸ’š To sign-up to join the strike or to get more involved, head to ukscn.org.
