How am I celebrating International Non-Binary Person’s Day? Date night with Kevin who is the absolute biggest supporter of me and my identity. It took time and our relationship is ever evolving but I can not fathom not having his support in my life. Here’s some homework for you on “my” day. Celebrate non-binary relationships. Kevin and I were the first couple on Twitter to use #MrAndMx - and we never ever see mixed couples like us on social media or otherwise. In fact, Kevin is openly ATTACKED for loving a non-binary person. There aren’t a lot of representations of our love in media or honestly in real life - but there should be. So reach out and tell the non-binary-inclusive relationships how happy you are for them. It might be the boost they need in this rough world. Probably a weird thing to say but it’s on my mind.
