One tries so hard to be grateful and positive and look ahead and all- but sometimes you just have a day like this. I know I’m still shedding my old skin and it still hurts. And in the middle of this pain- I flash on what I look like when I cry and take a photo! Talk about narcissism! 🤣But being able to step back from your pain, even for a moment, and be objective about it - is a helpful distraction.
