The vibration is high (excitement, joy, contentment, gratitude, pride, confidence, love, etc) or low (sad, scared, anxious, angry, lonely, bored, stressed, etc) If you are experiencing a low vibration feeling - 1. Observe it, don’t become it. 2. Say hi, welcome it, thank it for showing up to help. 3. Ask “what do you want me to notice right now?” 4. Listen 5. Take actions to handle what needs to be handled. 6. Celebrate handling it appropriately. 7. Move on in the higher vibration of relief, ease, and proud of yourself for attending to what you needed in that moment in a healthy way.
