I was talking to a friend about my Coaching, and the deep answer came to me when he asked: What are you really passionate about? I remembered that my nickname early in my life was MamaNina. The one my friends came to for guidance and help. I’m still the one in my family, on film sets, everywhere, that guides and empowers anyone having challenges. My heart has always been MamaNina. So it makes sense that I feel so aligned when I’m coaching. What came to me with this question was that it’s not just that I empower people to stop emotional eating and using outside stuff to try to fix the inside stuff. It’s THIS: My deepest desire and passion is that NO ONE gets to the end of their time here holding on to old stories, limiting beliefs, past pain, difficult memories, traumatic experiences, negative self talk, defining themselves by their challenges, the habits they have that hurt them. . . That people think they don’t have the power to change, when they just haven’t been given the tools to change. I learned the tools. I have them. I used them on myself. And I want all people to have them so they can SHINE, regardless of their circumstances, and look back on their lives knowing they lived their best lives- fresh, new, resilient, joyful, trusting themselves, trusting life, and empowered. It’s so much more, and I’m grateful for the clarity. ❤️🙏❤️🙏 Here’s to living with passion and purpose! 🥂 #transformationalcoaching #emotionaleatingrecovery #youcanhealyourlife #rewriteyourstory #neuralplasticity #cognitivebehavioraltherapy
