Oh hi! I let life get in the way this past week a bit, and didn’t workout as many days as I normally do. Know what? THAT’S OKAY. Know why? Because sometimes it’s good to realize how important something is, by forgetting how important it is! Nothing like not having something to make us appreciate it more! Know what else? Even though my mind and body miss it and I’m looking forward to getting back into my routine, sometimes life happens! I’m not over here beating myself up or thinking I’ve failed somehow. I’m thinking- “Thank you for showing me that this is something to put back on my daily I-get-to list, thank you that I always return to taking good care of my body, and thank you that fitness is just my life now, no matter what.” Be at ease.
