You don’t have to “diet.”
You don’t have to kill yourself with workouts you hate.
You don’t even have to lose weight if you’re happy and healthy where you are!
Healing our relationship with food and other stuff we do (Shopping! Hello!) that feels like a temporary distraction or salve for what we are feeling isn’t the same as a strict and shaming diet and exercise program. As a matter of fact, I don’t know about you, but those got me into this mess in the first place! (Pretty sure you’re nodding your head 😉)
You can break free and enjoy food, movement, and everything in your life so much more.
It starts with understanding your brain, how you can change it, and how to take the steps to become the human you really want to be.
I did it. I helped others do it.
