Refueling!
My work is physically and mentally challenging (and I love it) but for years I would get sick or have to take days to recover from just one day on set.
Now with stress management, eating nutrient dense foods, and keeping my body strong with workouts like @jnlgymvip and @momomuscle I can work 14-16 hours and wake up refreshed and ready for a new day.
