I decided that while I’m waiting to get back into full fitness mode I would be proactive! Got out my fresh new notebook and wrote out my plan!
Revisited my “why” so I have a clear set of reasons for getting back on track,
Visualized “Ultimate Nina” and wrote out how she feels, looks, deals with stress, stays grateful and positive, and commits to her goals,
Planned my workout schedule, my healthy food hauls, my meditation and spiritual time, and my sleep hygeine,
And made new goals to take my professional life further!
The top of each page of the journal reads “Stop! Don’t plan this day without makeup and dress up! Make the outside match the inside!”
Having this all laid out gives makes me excited and even more ready to come back even stronger and better than before!
NEVER. GIVE. UP!
