Here we go! Started back again this week with my #VIPCHALLENGE🏆 workout - 100 reps a day for three days! Lumpy scar and all!
I’m back to 5# weights and simple strength moves (remember I was up to doing RDLs and glute bridges with 90#, and my dumbbells were 15-20#!) but I’m confident that I’ll come back stronger than ever! I’m grateful and patient 🙏
Wearing my sweat belt helps for support and compression, during the workouts and throughout the day.
And putting on workout clothes and some fancy lipstick makes it FUN 😉
