A bit of the unexpected happened, and I hadn’t posted about it here, only on fb. I’m not one for being inauthentic and I wanted to be sure my friends/fans/fam over here had the scoop. I went into the emergency room last Wednesday night for terrible belly pain. Surgery was 3.5 hours and they removed my entire descending colon. It was folded over itself and adhered to itself, creating a blockage. It’s called a Cecal Bascule. Apparently this is a super rare condition so I get a trophy or something. I mean I should. Went very well and if I hadn’t come in things would have been way, way, way, worse. Was in the hospital through till early release Saturday, (yay being fit and healthy otherwise! Doc said that’s a big factor) then home for a 6 week recovery. Incision from my bikini line up between my lower ribcage, vertical (gonna get a tattoo on it someday 🙂) I’m resting like crazy, so I’ll be off and on with responding to any comments, but wanted to check in and thank G-d/Intuition/Higher Power that I chose to go to the hospital. Saved my life - holy moly I’m so grateful!! Now I’m gonna heal like a Champion 💪🏼❤️ Just wait for this comeback. What doesn’t kill you makes you COOLER. 😎🥰😎🥰
