TUTORIAL- Making some cheap, quick horns for my Halloween makeup. Won't tell who I'm gonna be yet 😉 You need: any clay, liquid latex, powder, cotton fibers, skin safe adhesive, 99% alcohol, makeup. Here's the process: sculpt horns with clay, paint with 3 layers slip latex (dry each between,) powder thoroughly with any loose powder, and peel off carefully- inside out. Next, stuff with quilt batting (or rip up cotton balls,) latex the bottom of the batting x2 to make a seal (dry between,) pre-paint or apply first (with spirit gum or whatever you like,) melt edges with 99% alcohol on a q-tip, and then add makeup.
