I’ve made #cornbread from scratch for the first time ever and I’m going to have it with sweetcorn chilli and cream cheese. I used cornflour instead of cornmeal and I’m actually hoping that it won’t be so grainy as the previous endeavours using the jif mix. Feeling very southern today even though I live just outside London
