Okay so the picture on the left was taken in the middle of 2021; I genuinely did not always look five months pregnant 🤣 but I wore three layers of control underwear and control underwear can sometimes pull up all your flabby bits and make it into one big beachball. I was also at a bachelorette party and the bride to be requested we wore white. When I saw that picture I was mortified. I started making better choices however it was late last summer that I really got into gear and made radical changes. I am 43lbs down (The picture on the right was taken yesterday) and still have a way to go but my goodness I feel so much better within myself. Everyone comes up to me and comments on my weight loss and I don’t have to wear control underwear. I do at least 10,000 steps a day and I think I need to start including arm reps revolutions into my routine but #FBeingFat - #CurvyGirl #WeightLoss #WeightLossTransformation
