What a journey so far Never easy to be a dad and a coach at the same time you got to keep the training separate from home but one thing this lock down has let me do is spend time and train with my son everyday he hasn’t moaned or took a day off and he’s not had it easy training with me take the positives from this shit time and don’t think about the negative shit.
