Are you interested in joining MX Alumni Meditations? In these drop-in mindfulness sessions, you will have the opportunity to gather in community with other MX alum to learn and practice mindfulness meditation. These exercises will be held via zoom every other Monday (beginning December 6th) at 7:00 PM EST through June 2022. Each 45-minute meeting will include a group check-in, brief instruction/introduction to a specific practice or topic related to mindfulness, meditation guided by Ben, Olivia, Sara, (and the occasional guest appearances by Doug!), and reflection/sharing time. Participation & sharing is always optional. All ages, identities, and mindfulness experience levels are welcome. Family of MX Alums are also welcome, even if not MX affiliated.
